MEET KAYLAR SHAVETTE

   Kaylar is a certified Personal Fitness Trainer with a refreshingly interactive and comprehensive approach. She taps into both the physical and spiritual health of her client’s, and uses her tried and true method to aid her client in bettering themselves. Her fitness philosophy is simple: total body fitness combined with a healthy lifestyle consists of balanced nutrition, effective exercise, positive self-esteem, and a confident spiritual sense of self.

   Kaylar has more than 20 years of personal fitness professional experience. She also specializes in weight loss, nutrition referral, and sports and health conditioning. She has been nationally certified by ISSA and NASM, 2018 and 2019 NPC Women’s Physique Competition 1st and 2nd Place Winner. In 2006, Kaylar began Total Body Fitness, a corporation designed to personally

train individuals on relinquishing their mind, body, and spirit to God through exercise. She believes that a totally fit body is the cornerstone to optimal health and wellness, and that relinquishing yourself is the first step to a new, healthier lifestyle.
